Breathe

A prenatal breath trainer, inspired by listening.

Gentle haptic pacing with airflow sensing. Your rhythm, measured, then quietly guided back on track. No phone in your face. Just a calm, tactile metronome.

  1. Held in two hands, with no screen to look at.

  2. Breath passes the sensor on its way through.

  3. Sets the resistance of each breath.

  4. A low-pressure differential sensor reads airflow onset and offset.

No one told me how lonely the newborn stage would be. I love my baby, but I feel completely isolated.

How it worksStep 01 of 04
  1. 01

    Listen

Mouthpieces tested with users until breathing felt natural.

  2. 02

    Sense

Airflow sensing catches the moment a breath crosses threshold.

  3. 03

    Pace

Distinct haptic patterns mark in, out and hold.

  4. 04

    Log

Each session saves cadence and comfort, shared with a midwife only if you choose.

So incredibly helpful to have some form of support, I really don't know how women do this themselves because I could never.
